They call it the King's Sport because only kings could afford to play. The finest blood was brought from the East, imported into existing lines in vain efforts to create the fastest horse. Only Kings and rich men could afford the expensive horseflesh and they enjoyed their hold on the world's oldest sport.
Then the sport came to America, a land without kings. Horse Racing found fertile ground to grow, quickly making America the place to race. Dozens of famous horses have come from America, their names written in stone, in blood and in the hearts of millions. Names like War Admrial, Seabiscuit, Secretariat, Ruffian, Affirmed, Smarty Jones, and Big Brown echo in our ears every year. There is always room for another Legend, will you be lucky to own it?
Not an rp game, Kingly Sport is unique to proboards. Small but dedicated, the people here are friendly and willing to help you learn. You begin your quest with $300,000 and five horses, with that you must build your empire. But beware, for every empire that rises, two more fall.
